I am in network with Aetna, and am an out-of-network provider for all other insurance panels. If you have insurance through a carrier other than Aetna and would like to use out-of-network benefits, I will provider you with a statement that you can send to your carrier after each session.

48 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations. Cancellations within 48 hours of an upcoming appointment will incur a fee of 85 dollars. I am fairly flexible around rescheduling, which in many cases will allow you to avoid the cancellation fee by rescheduling an appointment instead of cancelling it.

I conduct appointments both in person and virtually. While I always enjoy meeting with clients in person when possible, I understand that sometimes circumstances do not allow clients to travel to my office
